Flexible engine options
In addition to the aforementioned 1.0-litre 108bhp engine, a 1.5-litre 148bhp petrol unit will be available. With seven-speed automatic transmission specified, the lithium-ion battery will facilitate regenerative braking, allowing energy to be stored whenever braking pressure is applied. It also enables the OCTAVIA Hatch iV to cruise at speed on the motorway without it being necessary to engage the engine.
Light fantastic
LED headlamps and rear lights feature as standard, offering a brighter, longer-lasting source of illumination than their halogen counterparts. The appearance of each set of lights has been tweaked too, resulting in a sleeker, more stylish presentation.
Infotainment on the move
No matter where you go, you’ll be connected and entertained, thanks to the inclusion of a minimum-size 8.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Among the OCTAVIA Hatch iV’s standard tech features are Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, allowing you to mirror your smartphone’s functionality via the car’s dashboard.
