What is a Battery State of Health Check?
In just 30 minutes during your Inspection Service, we assess your battery’s current capacity compared to when it was new—much like monitoring a smartphone’s battery over time. You’ll receive a certificate confirming your battery is performing above 70%. If it’s below, we’ll carry out a detailed diagnostic at no extra cost. And with Volkswagen’s 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, you’re covered for any necessary repairs or replacements if capacity drops below 70%. Plus Plan tyre replacements
Electric vehicles can be more demanding on the tyres than petrol or diesel models, so the Plus Plan offers two tyre replacements, on a like-for-like basis (same brand and type, subject to availability). Replacements can be arranged at a UK Authorised repairer during workshop hours.
What’s excluded:
Additional items identified during the service due to wear and tear, and any other items that are required a mileage or time interval.
Plus Plan - Tyre exclusions:
• Wheel alignment or geometry checks.
• Additional tyres beyond the two included in the plan.
• Mobile fitment (except where offered by Authorised Repairers)
• Emergency tyre replacement (out of workshop hours)
