All of our Approved Used Cars is accompanied by a minimum of 2 years' Volkswagen Roadside Assistance. This comprehensive service ensures that you have access to breakdown and recovery assistance throughout the year, whether you are at home or on the roadside in the UK and Europe. (With no limit on call outs). ​

All Approved Used Marriott Volkswagens are equipped with up to 2 years' MOT Cover, where applicable. This includes an insurance policy that provides coverage of up to £750 towards the expenses incurred for repairing your vehicles in the event that it fails its next MOT test. 

Please note that a £10 excess fee applies, which you are responsible for paying towards any claims made. With added protection, you can rest assured knowing that potential repair costs are mitigated. ​

When financing your Marriott Volkswagen, you have the same options available as you would for a new car. Our flexible Solutions Personal Contract Plan3 is available on our Approved Used cars and includes 2 years' servicing at 12.4% APR representative. For vehicles up to 36 months old, there is a £250 deposit contribution available.  ​

Highly trained Volkswagen technicians carry out a thorough workshop and test drive inspection of every car before it can become a Marriott Approved Used Volkswagen. 

If any faults are detected during the inspection, they are promptly addressed using only Volkswagen Genuine Parts. It is only after these necessary repairs and replacements have been made that a used car becomes elligible to be included in the Approved Volkswagen programme. This process ensures that each Approved Used Marriotts Volkswagen meets the highest standard of quality and reliability. ​

This certificate provides a comprehensive record of your car's complete history within the Approved Used retailer network. It will serve as verification of the car's identity and confirms the current status of the warranty. 

Our process involves cross-checking the vehicles identity with the DVLA registration database; allowing you to always be sure of your vehicles history. We then also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct. ​

We have a hassle-free 30 day/1,000 mile 'no quibble' exchange policy. ​

In the event that you wish to change your car for any reason - such as having second thoughts or discovering it doesn't fit in your garage - you may have the opportunity to exchange it. (Either with a vehicle that is the same price, or one higher with you paying the difference). As long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was collected and the retailer has an available vehicle in stock.
