I absolutely luv my car and cannot thanks you enough for the time and amazing customer service you had and have put into getting this for me from start to finish, I have shown just about everyone the video of my new car coming home and they were all so impressed feeling that they certainly missed out when buying theirs ??

I have also filled in the questionnaire , it is a shame that 5 in the most and amazing not listed ………. I have download the app onto my phone and just luv it.

I am very distrustful of car mechanics as a whole.. Having had some terrible experiences in the past so was reluctant to leave my local support team. Anyhows.. Volkwagen experience excellent and allayed many worries’..

‘Such lovely employees. The explanations.. The courtesy car into town. Then I really liked my video review, they found a nail in my tyre and repaired it. There was a defect with my battery which was replaced. A courtesy car was provided. The whole thing was seamless.’

I would like to congratulate your organisation on it’s customer service. We recently purchased a used Golf from your Stowmarket branch.

Even though the initial enquiry was internet based, every part of the transaction was ‘gold’ standard in how a motor dealership should operate. Andrew Taylor, in particular, was exceptional.

But interestingly even the service team were very knowledgeable and genuine when we collected the vehicle, which sadly is not always the case.

I have bought many cars in my motoring life. This was without doubt, the most memorable, for all the right reasons! No pressure, no avoiding awkward questions, no over promising.

Just honesty and common sense. Ask the customer what their needs are, and fill in the gaps. Brilliant!

I switched from dealings with Vindis at Cambridge just as soon as Walkers took on the Skoda franchise at Kings Lynn very soon after I bought the first of two Octavias at Cambridge.  The latest purchase last Wednesday is the second Skoda purchased via yourselves and this is just to say firstly how very pleased we are with the car generally, hardly surprising because that is how owners should feel about their Skodas!  Secondly I must add that Charlotte Davies was so helpful and skilful in all our dealings, very committed and ending with an offer that we could not refuse under the Skoda scrappage scheme.  We could not have asked for better attention throughout our negotiations.

I must also mention Steve Burrows who I always request deal with the servicing of our car.  He is always ready to discuss any query and is absolutely the best mechanic/technician in the business - as good a reason as any for remaining faithful to Walkers of Kings Lynn!  He carried out the PDI on the Fabia and it showed in its presentation.

Just a quick not to thank you and your service reception staff for the good service I received.

I was touring East Anglia from Ireland, when my AdBlue warning came on (when I came off the ferry in Fishguard) and I did not want to chance letting it run out.  I came in for a couple of bottles but was advised that it would be better to buy the 10 litre container, which I did.

Your staff managed to fit me in even though it was nearly 17.00 hrs and to my delight did not charge for putting it in.  A great service - thank you.

I would like you to know how impressed I have been with my experience of the Wolsey Van Centre in Ipswich.  3 weeks ago my Transporter displayed a red warning light suggesting an oil pressure problem.  The AA took my vehicle to Ipswich ( a garage I had not used before) and the technical staff started working on the problem.

Although it took 3 weeks to fix (and eventually required a new engine) the team constantly kept me informed of developments (contacting me exactly when they said they would) and I felt reassured that they were doing all they could to fix things as quickly as possible.

I was particularly impressed with Victoria Loveday's professionalism and supportive communication - including a follow up email highlighting all the work that had been done.

I know it is very unusual for a VW Transporter to have this kind of problem but the warranty system was first class and I am confident that I will have no further problems. 

I look forward to having my van serviced at Ipswich in the future.

Staff, who I have known many years, simply the best!!  Professional and caring, and having worked in Sales for 45 years I consider myself to know good service.

My car was collected and returned by a driver.  I was shown by video what problems they solved etc and how to solve one myself.  Everyone I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful and courteous.

We collected our new vehicle today and have been very happy with the excellent attention that John Clarke had paid to us during the making of our decision as to which vehicle to purchase; We would not hesitate to recommend anyone interested in a VW van coming to him; it has been a pleasure to deal with him and his prompt helpful responses to all our queries. Also we would like to note how we have been made welcome in the showroom by all members of staff.

This is just a message to say thank you for the great service I received when my van went wrong last week, from the moment I rang up the service was of such a high quality it was totally refreshing, I literally haven't received such good service for years. thanks to all involved. 

Excellent customer service from Chris in the service team. I was kept informed of the progress of my MOT by a short video clip being sent to me via email. I was picked up from my job and driven back to Volkswagen to collect my car, which ensured I was not inconvenienced and unable to pick my car up. My car was valeted inside and out and I was also given a full breakdown of charges and any advisories on my MOT.

Just a quick note to thank you for sending the video of the problems with my car tyres. The pictures and commentary were really informative; the damage can easily be seen. Also, I was impressed with the work that was done. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned.
