Is it possible to modify/cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed?

Yes, we allow you to modify or cancel your booking provided it is done up to 2 hours prior to rental time. You need to contact the rental location you booked with via phone or email. There will be charges incurred for cancelling less than 24 hours before the time of rental. For a change of vehicle this will be subject to availability at the time of the request.

Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation? 

Depending on your notice of cancellation, you will be charged accordingly:

Charges you pay

At least 3 complete days before your rental is due to start

No charge

Less than 3 complete days before your rental is due to start but before the day of pick-up

50% of the total charges stated on your reservation confirmation

On the day of pick-up or if you do not cancel and fail to show-up

The full amount of the total charges stated on your reservation confirmation
