Is it possible to view my reservation after it's confirmed?

Yes! You can review your reservations by clicking on 'existing reservation'.

Alternatively, if you signed up for one of our NEW customer accounts, you can see all your existing bookings & previous bookings, as well as being able to settle any outstanding payments.

How do I know if my online reservation or booking is confirmed?

At the end of the reservation process, you will be redirected to a 'Reservation Confirmation' page with the reservation number highlighted. You will also receive a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation and a text message if you would prefer.

Am I guaranteed the vehicle that I book?

We guarantee that the vehicle you book is the vehicle you'll get. However, is (in the rare circumstance) the vehicle you have reserved is not available when you come to pick-up the vehicle then you will not be required to pay any of the total charges stated on your reservation confirmation and will be given a full refund of any amounts you have paid in advance.
