July 2021 COVID-19 Update

In accordance with the latest Government guidance, all sales, service, parts and rental departments are fully open.

As always, the safety of our customers, suppliers and colleagues are at the heart of our business plans.

All visiting customers are not required by law to wear face masks however we will ask that close contact and/or crowded areas a face covering is to be used. Hand sanitisation stations are available our retailers and on request.

Please note that any customers exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, or requiring to self-isolate under the Government guidance please avoid visiting our businesses until such time as permissible under the Government guidance.

Before you enter our showroom, please ensure you are wearing a face covering unless you are exempt.

We need you to follow the social distancing rules and keep yourself a safe distance away from other customers and our colleagues. 

Entering the Showroom

We're managing the number of customers we have in our retailers at any one time; so, you may have to queue before we can let you in and follow our one way system.

We've added Perspex screens in place for dedicated areas and area taking card and contactless payments only.

Virtual Appointments

When it is not possible to visit us at our showrooms, our team members are on hand to assist you remotely using our virtual appointments. 

VWFS Rent-a-Car Ipswich is situated in branch at next-door to Ipswich Volkswagen and Wolsey Van Centre. We are a local family run car hire company offering Volkswagen Car Rental. All our rental cars are less than 8 months old and feature some of the latest models from the Volkswagen range; VW Polo, Golf, Golf Estate and VW Passat Estate model. We also feature the 7-seater Sharan.

Our car rental rates include insurance (CDW - Collision Damage Waiver) and, where available, the built-in Sat Nav systems are included for free. Business customers can book daily or weekly hire or our long-term hire, Flexi-Rent with discounted rates for vehicle hire of over 28 days.
