A position has become available for a highly professional individual who can provide support to the Service Manager as a Service Advisor at Ipswich Volkswagen. You will need to be a confident relationship builder and able to communicate with all our customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work independently maintaining customer focus. Key performance indicators will include Customer satisfaction, repeat repairs and retail hours sold. The successful applicant will be, IT literate, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience. A full unrestricted driving licence is essential for this job role.
As a Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be:
· Advising customers on technical queries/issues
· Arranging bookings for work to be carried out
· Advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections
· Finalising and invoicing the customer and collecting payment.
