A position has become available for a highly professional individual who can provide support to the Service Manager at Ipswich Audi as a Contact Executive.
Your responsibilities will include securing business for our service department, your main task will be to ensure the follow up of deferred work which was identified during a recent workshop visit and arrange customer appointments. You may also be required to assist with the follow-up of seasonal campaigns and vehicle recalls.
Taking and booking of all incoming service booking calls, with the planning of collection & deliveries of customer vehicles, arranging courtesy cars and booking while you wait servicing, whilst making the experience easy, enjoyable and creating true customer value.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a telesales role and be passionate about great customer service. The candidate with a strong work ethic will have a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding targets and should be skilled at overcoming objections and winning the business.
Working in a team environment the key focus will be customer engagement and telephone interaction/s.
The role will be rewarded with a bonus scheme based on target/objectives set by the Line Manager.
