Marriott Motor Group are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals with a 'can do' attitude to help us support. This role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to work within a professional environment, committed to delivering high standards of service.

The role is part of a team responsible for the logging, resolving, or referring of all incidents recorded via the general service support desk from point of initial contact through to resolution / escalation or closure within targeted service levels.

An excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal, verbal and written skills, and a keen willingness to learn are all essential to this hands-on role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for users
  • Providing How-do-I support as well as fixing problems
  • Managing escalated tickets from other team members
  • Experience with Active Directory – new user creation / account administration
  • Resolve incidents, requests and problems within SLA
  • Work closely with users and other IT support teams to ensure incidents and requests are resolved within agreed SLA's
  • Assign or escalate issues to the appropriate team/third party for assistance when required
