About the job

Kings Lynn Audi are now looking for an experienced and well-presented showroom host to job share to cover the opening hours of the showroom. Hours of work will be Tuesday and Friday, 8:00 – 18:00 (one hour lunch) and 1 Saturday a month 9:00 – 17:00 (one hour lunch).

As a showroom host on our front desk, you will play the most important role at Kings Lynn Audi. You create the first impression when a guest arrives – and you’re the final memory they take with them when they leave.

You are right at the very heart of the action, with the power to make a real difference to people’s day. Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors to Kings lynn Audi. Ensuring the reception desk is manned and deal with email and telephone queries in a timely and professional manner.

You will ensure the smooth running of all facilities in the office including the management of meeting rooms and associated requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome each customer to the business, ensuring an immediate and friendly greeting is provided, establishing their individual needs in order to professionally hand them over to the most appropriate colleague
  • With your strong interpersonal skills and confident manner, you will create a positive experience for all customers when visiting/contacting the business
  • Provide additional telephony support to colleagues where demand requires additional support across all departments
  • Ensure all customers are well attended to, providing a comprehensive hosting service for the duration of their visit to the business
  • Maintain knowledge of the products and services in order to provide appropriate levels of support to all enquiring customers, and maintaining a commercial awareness to identify and respond to any opportunities to promote the products/services available
  • You will be a Marriott Motor Group ‘Brand Ambassador’, ensuring the presentation of all retail areas of the business are continually maintained to the highest of standards, along with ensuring compliance of health & safety and Brand/Commercial legislation
  • Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for the Brand as well as an affinity for technology; you will enjoy, and be encouraged, to go ‘the extra mile’ for all customers.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments where required, including but not limited to; data input/verification, document auditing, transmission and submission.
  • Assist by pro-actively recognising and acting upon the need to support customers and colleagues

  • Be flexible to help out with any additional duties as needed
  • Be computer-literate
