About the job

An opportunity has arisen for a sales administrator to join Bury St Edmunds.This is a broad role which encompasses a range of tasks including sales order processing, sales invoicing, maintaining stock records, and communicating with customers and suppliers by telephone and email.

You will organise, schedule and manage RFL renewals, V5 updates, and insurance cover. Tax and invoice new and used cars and raise purchase orders for maintenance work required. You will liaise with customers and deal with their enquiries as well as inputting stock details on the group's computer system.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous administration experience in the motor trade or a similar role
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Kerridge/CDK experience would be advantageous
  • Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Helpful with a customer focused approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage your own workload
