Marriott Motor Group are looking for an exceptional Administrator/Digital marketing assistant who has good organisational skills, time-management and has a keen eye for attention to detail.

This job role has responsibility for processing, administering & monitoring all used car purchases made by the Group used car Manager. This will include all associated activities relating to digital remarketing ensuring compliance with all internal and external processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities include:​

  • Administrating of all purchases and bringing them into stock, and provide additional support to site Sales Administration during peak periods and periods of absence where required
  • Arranging payment and HPI clearance on all purchases
  • Conduct daily review of all existing stock ensuring that all vehicles are funded through the applicable funding providers within prevailing timescale
  • Ensuring all vehicles are promptly and accurately advertised on all applicable electronic platforms
  • Conduct daily audits of group stock specification to ensure accurate digital representation of all current and pipeline used stock
  • Conduct daily review of existing advertisements to ensure minimum image quality levels are adhered to across the Volkswagen Division
  • Assist in the administration of central price changes and the maintenance of consistency across all applicable platforms
  • Provide regular and appropriate summary updates of site imagery performance, ensuring a pro-active approach to identifying best practice from internal auditing and competitor analysis via relevant digital platforms
  • Processing of quality/damage claims in co-ordination with site handover specialists when applicable

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
