We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Specialist to work as a key member of our team. There has never been a better time to join us as we progress with our transformation plans with investment to aid the continual development of our digital people systems.

Following the implementation of i-Trent (MHR) and with our Payroll and HR modules already successfully live and embedded across the group, this position will focus on further system development. As the HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for system progress to enable us to provide excellence in the delivery of our People Strategy. The focus will be on the implementation of new modules to support and underpin operational excellence across all areas of the business.

Key focus areas being:

  • developing the system and leading on internal projects, gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and delivering to a high standard focusing on developing the system to its maximum potential
  • provide training to key stakeholders ensuring positive buy-in and usage from all
  • provide timely solutions on issues raised with regular liaison with the outsourced Managed Services Team
  • be an active part of the Service Cloud User Community and monitor the use of i-Trent (MHR)
  • experienced in HR hiring processes, on-boarding, recruitment, structure and costings
  • you will be involved in system scoping and testing with previous configuration experience
  • you will be an expert in Microsoft Office products

We are looking for someone who is engaging and able to maintain strong relationships with our internal and external customer base to ensure that resolutions are met.

Ideally you will have in depth knowledge of i-Trent (MHR) with experience of group wide project development work and the implementation of roll-out of new modules. You will need to be trustworthy as the role requires visibility of highly sensitive data. You will need to be a confident self-starter who is personable with excellent communication skills and outstanding analytical abilities, with an aptitude for problem-solving and experience of managing projects through to completion.
