It's Tyre Safety Month - It's time to ACT

Regularly checking your tyres is crucial and helps reduce the risk of incidents out on the road. Checking and maintaining tyres also reduces the cost of motoring as underinflated tyres will wear quicker and cause the vehicle to use more fuel.

The best way to check your tyres is to ACT & check the tyre's:

Air pressure - Check your tyres are at the manufacturer's recommended pressure. This may be found in the door shut, fuel filler cap or owner's manual.

Condition - Remove any stones or objects from the tyre's tread. If you spot lumps, bumps or cuts, get your tyres checked by us as soon as possible.

Tread - The UK legal minimum tread depth is 1.6mm across the central 3 quarters of the tread. Check you're safe with the simple 20p test.

If you would like some advice or have found something concerning regarding your tyres please get in touch with our service department who will be more than happy to assist you.
