"I would like you to know how impressed I have been with my experience of the Wolsey Van Centre in Ipswich. 3 weeks ago my Transporter displayed a red warning light suggesting an oil pressure problem. The AA took my vehicle to Ipswich ( a garage I had not used before) and the technical staff started working on the problem.
Although it took 3 weeks to fix (and eventually required a new engine) the team constantly kept me informed of developments (contacting me exactly when they said they would) and I felt reassured that they were doing all they could to fix things as quickly as possible.
I was particularly impressed with Victoria Loveday's professionalism and supportive communication - including a follow up email highlighting all the work that had been done.
I know it is very unusual for a VW Transporter to have this kind of problem but the warranty system was first class and I am confident that I will have no further problems.
