"I feelcompelled to write on behalf of my wife and I regarding what for us was anunusual experience yesterday in your Audi showroom.
Early inthe morning, my wife and I jumped into our recently purchased Audi TT (fromIpswich Audi), whereupon lowering the driver’s side window, it appeared to jam,or lock in the halfway position and would not move either way afterwards. Isimply assumed that this was maybe locked due to the strong frost we have seen,so off we went to deliver our son to college in Bur St Edmunds. By now, thewindow still would not move, so I decided to call into your showroom, where wemet your Service Advisor Tanya.
Iexplained our problem, to which she responded by asking if we had received a‘regulator change’, no was my response, she made some checks on the age andwarranty viability of the car, then said no problem, she would arrange for thisto happen, it would be carried out that day and she immediately arranged for aloan car.
To be honest,throughout our car buying experiences (we have in the past purchased new BMW’s,Rang Rovers etc.), we have never experienced the level of quiet, professionalservice that we have thus experienced at both the Ipswich and now Bury StEdmunds Audi branches.
My pointof writing is to congratulate both Tanya, your desk employee Sophia and yourbranch as it has been an absolute pleasure to both visit and be taken care ofin such a professional manner.
When wecollected the car later yesterday afternoon, Tanya had made sure the repair wascompleted and had topped the whole process off with the car being completelycleaned and taking our son, who is studying to become a mechanic, on a quicktour of the workshops.
All I cansay is that you can be assured that our next car purchase/s needs shall beconducted through your branch when the time comes.
